Know before you click

Custom Action Panel

One clear next step on every matter: it checks before you click, confirms in place and shows what happens next.

What it does for you

  1. Shows the next step first and checks whether it will work

  2. Place phase moves in any group and style them by rule

  3. Confirms in place and ends with a receipt and a next step

The full story

Custom Action Panel is a decision-support action area for any Sharedo work-item page. It puts the recommended next step first, then lists phase moves, Sharedo commands, workflows and open tasks in groups the team designs. Before each click it says what will happen and whether it will work, using the same checks Sharedo itself runs, and shows the fix when a move is blocked. Confirm questions appear in place, and every action ends with a receipt that offers the next step. Configurators decide which phase moves show and in which group, and style actions and group labels by rule (tone, badge, status icon) with the same rule engine as Data Card. It is set up on the page itself with the Live Designer, and it fails safe: when it cannot check something, it says so and locks the action rather than guessing.
